Paragon Environmental Solutions Ltd is the operator of the Paragon Digital Asset Integrity Platform and the data controller for platform account data. Client operational data is processed on behalf of the client organisation.

Account data (name, work email, job title, organisation, role and access period), access request details, authentication events, and audit records of activity performed in the platform.

To provide secure access, to administer roles and permissions, to maintain an audit trail for integrity and compliance purposes, and to support users who contact us.

Account and audit records are retained for the period required to evidence inspection and certification activity. Demonstration accounts and their data may be removed after the access period expires.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@paragon-env.com. Where data forms part of a statutory inspection record, deletion may be restricted.
