Terms of Use

Access is granted by Paragon to named individuals. Accounts must not be shared, and credentials must not be transferred. Attempting to access data belonging to another organisation is prohibited.

The platform must be used only for legitimate asset integrity, inspection, commissioning, reporting and administration activity. Users must not upload malicious content or attempt to circumvent security controls.

Client operational data remains the property of the client organisation. Paragon retains ownership of the platform, its templates, workflows and report formats.

Reports are issued only after technical review. Draft records visible in the platform prior to issue are not certified documents and must not be relied upon.

Paragon may suspend or revoke access immediately where misuse is suspected, where an access period expires, or where a contract ends.
